2.1 SMS/Text Message Program
- We use our clients provided phone number to send promotional content, alerts & notifications.
- Clients are able to opt in by providing a phone number in the booking form and on the on boarding from.
- Message frequency may vary & message and data rates may apply.
- Only clients above the age of 18 can use the SMS Program.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data. However, we share information with essential service providers:
- AI Infrastructure: LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and Voice Synthesis tools.

- Disclaimer: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Transcriptions: All calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and to "train" the AI's understanding of specific business contexts.
